Grass Fed Beef

Contact us for a complete price list and availability!

We raise a small herd of beef cattle on our pastures in Sunapee, New Hampshire. Two years ago, we started our own Belted Galloway breeding herd. More information on this interesting breed can be found here. We are excited to see our herd grow!

Why Grass Fed? While their are many ways to raise cattle, our farm is best suited for cattle to rotationally graze our pastures throughout the spring, summer, and fall. We feed good quality hay and 'baleage' (fermented hay) throughout the winter. Our cattle have 24/7 access to the outdoors and appropriate shelter during inclement weather. We believe in grass fed beef because it tastes great, and it has been shown to have less total fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and calories than conventionally raised beef.

We offer retail cuts throughout the year directly from the farm by appointment. Please contact us for a full price sheet and options for pick up. We also have open hours  at the sugarhouse every weekend during the Maple Season (Mar-Apr).

We sell in larger quantities at a discounted price (usually by the whole, half, or quarter cow). Contact us if you are interested in 2018 bulk orders,  available late summer through December.

Did you see our beef on the menu at Fenton's Landing in Sunapee Harbor last summer? We hope you enjoyed their feature menu item - Harding Hill Wrap - made with our beef chorizo, yum! Our beef chorizo is available for purchase year round at the farm by appointment.
